The “Aged by Fire” process uses the power of flame to emulate the patina formed by years of wear. Each pair of “Aged by Fire” boots is hand-customized to order, so all sales are final. Please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery.

My Order 

How do I know if my order was successful?

If you’re not sure whether your order was successfully placed, please check your inbox and spam folder for an order confirmation. If you are still unsure, please contact us at info@urbanshepherdboots.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. If you wish to change your order before we ship, please contact us as soon as possible. Make sure to mention your order number and the product you want to change or cancel. Once your order has shipped, any change or cancellation will be processed as a return.

Will a certain item be restocked?

All of our models are continuously restocked except for models marked as Special Edition

Can you process special/personal orders?

We offer our "Age by Fire" customized option for all of our stocked inventory. Other special requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping & Delivery 

Do you deliver to my country?

We accept orders from most countries. Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout when you finish your order. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Most orders ship next business day.  Orders shipping within the continental U.S. typically take between 3-4 business days in transit.  Expedited shipping options are available for a fee.  Delivery times vary for orders shipping outside of the continental U.S.

How much are the shipping costs?

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders within the continental U.S. Fees for expedited shipping and orders shipping outside the continental U.S will be calculated at checkout. 

How do I know if my item has shipped?

All orders will be processed within 24 hours and an order confirmation will be emailed to you. Once your order has shipped, a second email will be sent to you with tracking information.

Can I track my item?

Yes, all deliveries are traceable. You can find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Please Note:

We do not ship orders on Sundays and Bank Holidays  Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within the specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

Price & Payment 

Is it safe to order online?

Yes. We use industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Potentially sensitive information such as your address, name and card details are encoded so they can only be read on a secure server. This information is authenticated to ensure it is only sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer. Security checks are also made on all payments, to ensure the authenticity of each card payment.

What are the payment options?

We currently accept Credit Card and PayPal.  

Returns 

Can I return any purchased items?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will issue a replacement or refund, provided the item is returned within 15 days and unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging. All returns must also include a proper return authorization number in order to be processed.

I have received the wrong item!?!

Oops. Contact us straight away at info@urbanshepherdboots.com with details regarding the matter, and we’ll sort it out!

How do I know you've received my returned goods?

We will send a confirmation email when we have received your returned goods. This process may take 1-3 days from the moment we have received the goods.

Can I return Aged by Fire customize boots?

If a product is customized for you with our “Aged by Fire” process, it is not returnable. We ask that you measure your feet and compare it with our Size Chart to confirm you are ordering the correct size. If you still have any doubts about this, do not hesitate to contact us. We will help you to find the perfect fit!

Refunds & Exchanges

How do you give refunds?

After we have received your returned items, we will check your order and refund your money as soon as possible.  Refunds will be issued in the form of payment used to make the original purchase.

I have been refunded the wrong amount, what do I do?

If you feel for any reason that we have incorrectly refunded you, do not hesitate to contact us at info@urbanshepherdboots.com.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Please allow up to two weeks for a refund to be issued.

How long will it be before I get an exchange?

After receiving your return, your new pair will be shipped within 24 hours.  Orders typically take between 3-4 business days in transit.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know my footwear size?

Our boots fit true to U.S. sizes.  To confirm your shoe size, please compare your foot measurements to our Size Chart available on each boot page.
